Über mich
When I was working as a primary school teacher, I loved being with the children, when they were bubbling over with joy and motivation. How hardly can someone be happy about life? But.. it tore my heart that I had to be the one who had to take this love of life away from the children, through the school’s requirements.
You know, I have always seen in each small creature, what he or she was meant to be in life.
And later I understood:
We as adults forgot, who we are and what we want. I am so super grateful Human Design found me. It showed me what I always knew: Me and you, we are here for a higher purpose! There’s just one of each of us and if we value us as a unique important puzzle peace, we can repuzzle the world, for us and the future generation!

Helloooo, I am Chiara, the founder of the Human Design Training. My big heart for the kids and my unusual path made me become who I am.
My first tattoo says: “Keep smiling!” Well, pretty much me, always seeing the positive in everything.
Read about my story and my vision to get to know how I turned from being a primary schoon teacher into a Human Design Teacher/Coach. 😊
I am originally from the German part of Switzer- land, you know that small country without any beach! Anyways, I always felt that I understood kids in a way, others don’t. Ever since I worked with kids, made my studies as a primary school teacher well-behaved. Later my love for exploring other parts of the world won over my fears:
2019 I emigrated from Switzerland, to work in a German school in El Salvador (central america).
2021 after pandemic I thought that I had to go back to Switzerland, but.. a stop in the mexican carribean made me think: “Why should I go back to Switzerland if I can enjoy the sunny day at the beach and dance salsa all night long?” I didn’t find the logic and realized some weeks later that I made one of my dream come true: I was travelling!
When I was travelling, for the first time I realized what the problem with that school system was: It is educating behaved humans instead of guiding self-confident individuals.
I knew: “I can never work in a school again. I need to make my own school!”
I opened myself for something new, and that was when apart from other, Human Design came into my life!
My soul mission and thus my life purpose is, to empower big-hearted people to bring their unique impact to this world, that kids learn from them to do the same!
A big vision, when I imagine worldwide School4living schools, where you might be a part of..
Maybe now you wonder, where on earth I am.. right now I live in Panama, but who knows when my 3line backs my stuff and off to a new adventure!? 😝

And this is Jana. The perfect complement to my energy in this project.
When I first came into contact with Jana I knew that we gonna work together one day. I am very very picky when people are talking about Human Design, everything goes through my 1line lense: Does this make sense? And through my 3line sense: Can this really work out in practice?
And what should I say, Jana came along with some mindblowing Projector-I-don’t-know-where-from-she-knows-that-glances and I felt like, there’s someone else who actually understood the Human Design game!
And you know what’s the crazy thing about our dear Projector: “This is logical.” She says humbly, and I try to make clear to her, that I see her special talents!
Jana’s vision and mine are intertwined, because while I talk about kids, Jana knows that everything starts within before. Jana knows what it takes to give a baby a wonderful start into life. Well, it starts a little earlier: With the pregnant mom. As a doula, Jana knows what a pregnant woman needs in order to be optimally supported while the greatest gift for earth grows in her belly.
For me it’s just premium, having Jana by my side when this Human Design project & my vision is growing. Can you imagine how you can benefit from Jana as your teacher/coach in your personal growth with Human Design? 😉
